Piedmont Park hidden gem is a decent sized park that is secluded at the top of a hill, surrounded by the city of Oakland. There are a lot of police cars right outside of the park, which makes Piedmont Park feel unsettling. However, there are some great photo opportunities at this park, and it is a good place to walk a dog or get some exercise.
